A separate written agreement signed by Nydros and the client governs any engagement and controls if it conflicts with these website terms. Sending an inquiry or completing the readiness self-check does not create a consulting agreement or require you to purchase services.

You may use this website for lawful purposes and may view, download or print its content for your own personal or internal business reference, while retaining applicable notices. Other copying or commercial redistribution requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law permits it. Do not misuse the forms to send unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website's operation.
Intellectual property
Website content is owned by Nydros or used under applicable rights or licenses. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the permitted use described above or rights provided by law.

Please do not send passwords, financial account information or other sensitive or confidential information through the website forms. Our Privacy Policy describes the website's handling of personal information. Requesting a copy of readiness results does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize a sales follow-up.

Changes
The effective date displayed on this page identifies this version. We may revise these terms prospectively and post a new effective date. Changes do not amend a signed service agreement or take away rights that accrued before the change. Where applicable law requires notice or agreement to a change, that requirement still applies.
